1. aluminum foil
Aluminum foil should be selected 3003/5052H18 grade, strict surface treatment process, in the strength or durability requirements of high products, should be careful to use 1100 pure aluminum foil processing aluminum honeycomb core material.
2. node glue
Epoxy modified high temperature curing adhesive should be used in the adhesive, which not only can provide enough bonding strength, but also has excellent environmental resistance and high and low temperature resistance. Because of low strength, universal adhesive tends to make aluminum honeycomb core degumming, resulting in overall failure and instability.
The joint strength of aluminum honeycomb core is the main basis for the evaluation of its performance, the joint strength data should be more than 2.0N/mm.
